Employee Vs. Employers Mindset

I used to watch people fight, in house, in buildings, neighborhood streets, traffic signals, PARLIAMENT, Newshour and where not? I used to watch them fight when i was too small to realize why the volumes are so high and what makes them so violent! a kid identifies world in two ways like any old camera - positive and negative! for me it was negative! Now when i grow up, i still see them fight! But now i have grown smart enough to know there's more to this chaos than i thought it to be!

people in my house fight for petty issues - why cant you keep your room clean? why cant you respect me? talk nicely, turn of the telly or as shitty a way to evoke fight as why didnt you come out and greet the guests! You fight back coz your privacy is attacked while parents who have started watching themselves as ATMs and FBI agents don't understand the importance of such delicate matters!

woh kehte hain na - adaalat sirf sabuton ko manti hai! (court only seeks evidence)

people in neighbor fight for petty issues too... your kid hit mine! he came and on my roof to fly kites! you litter garbage near my place? or as petty as i dont like your face ... These people fight for they feel someones act is suppressing them, i see more egos and less goodwill involved!

people on Newshour fight for public attention and parliament fight for asserting themselves! Imagine our parents be like parliamentarians in house, every debate would end with a chair on our head! :)

so people do fight and we often hear them fight, sometimes we feel the heat when we are the part of it and sometimes we stand away and enjoy the verbal spats! so they do fight and how do i sum it up...

I call it the Employees mindset, most of these people i see fight are employed by some organisations to work for them! these people often are brainwashed to work according to some set principles and plans and love being commanded! They like to work only when told by someone the exact method and way they want them to work so that their creative input is least...  as a proof you might want to hear people fight and they usually tackle other peoples answer the same way! they seldom think before they speak and its a more wired concepts that come into the play! Wired?

Wired means behaving and thinking in a way for so long as to make that action automated for our brain! we call them habits too! for me what separates an employee from his employer is whether we live according to our wiring, that's not thinking too much and let things work inside and outside us without much input or we choose to think deliberately about our life, choices, opportunities and decisions! As an employer, we wont waste our time fighting our kids to meet guests outdoor when we know that they are busy surfing the net and stretching their minds! We wont fight our neighbor as we dont like their face but instead we would work more hard to find a neighbor with more civilized people into it! And i have seen so many smarts switching off telly and keeping it switched off and spending that time laughing with family, your own family and not the fake one on telly!

Okay, i have seen some brave ceos to stop newspaper subscription and if read, just go for the editorials coz they say news makes us negative and sad, smart and delicate right?

so examine yourself right now and then and ask yourself, this what you are doing right now, are you really doing it? or your being a slave to something inside or outside you? who's defining you right now? know it and change it for better... its such an ironical world where we say we are all selfish but we don't want to own the responsibilities of our lives, our actions and their effects! so finally there's something we don't want to have! great... keep sharing grandpa!!!

So, if next time you see people accusing someone, sitting and blaming someone for taking a stand, reading newspaper and sharing that the world is at its decline and will remain that way... look at them and smile - and say - i have got another employee! Resume???

Back at the 12th Square

I feel devastated. I feel lost and I don't have energy for anything.  The reason is mostly my job. If I think harder, the reason is not...
