A lot of us spend rather great period of life wondering the sole reason of our existence. We feel we have a purpose and we cannot settle without looking for it and a purposeful life is at the root of a successful life! Despite of that, alot of us live a second standard life based on living somebody elses dreams and being in fear of losing what little we have. We know theres this gem we can find, follow and succeed and i think, this frame of mind that makes you feel as if you dont own something and you have to look around until you stumble and succeed, this idea is a big reason why we live this second grade life! So why not leave the idea of ideal success and satisfy ourselves that our current situation is the greatest and we have to work hard to make it a success!

People unfortunately have seen all those people crying about passion who are successful and have been now misguided for ages. It makes passionate people some rare breed and passion some elixir to create something positive! It isnt even closer to this. Success is like hitting a six on a ball, you make some seriously intense calculations, both intuitive and rational and hence you get a certain feeling that this ball can go out of the park and then you wait for the right time until you jump and go for it! Now, what happens after that isnt something you can influence much, yes it depends how well your calculations were but not the entire result can be predicted! Look Around, Success stories are less and success couldnt be something we should be striving for... lets talk of something thats in our hand! RIGHT NOW...

Greatness. Yes, every soul brought to this planet to survive possess the right to greatness. Now, times can change, situations can change and ways to achieve success can change but what doesnt change and remains vital to every successful person is this - Greatness! With this attribute and attitude, you know that someday, i will be able to attract success. Greatness yields success and greatness is the ability to make right calculations before leaving the crease for a six. We can choose to be great but never can we choose to be successful!

Whats greatness?

It is to take something serious and be sincere in improving your chances of doing that thing right most of the time. To be the best person in the room to talk about that thing. To be able to contribute to that something.

So the next time you find yourself saying i want to be successful, stop and say again - I think all i want is to see myself being great because greatness isnt something that you can take away from me and once i am great, you know i am great and would never be ordinary.

The point is - this theory to see yourself great before successful is better as it lets you focus on your own self and not on 1000 external factors that are frightening us and honestly are out of our control. It lets you think of you and your choice. It helps you avoid shortcuts, stealing and lying. It lets you do the difficult things and not settle for comfort. It lets you do your best.

So strive for greathood, be greathood - A home to great talent and hope!
